Why I can't see a Project or Contract on my TeamPlayer Account?
If you can't see a Project or a Contract in your TeamPlayer account could be because of one of these reasons.
You are not part of the Project Team
The Contract was emailed to an email address different from the one linked to your TeamPlayer account.
Your GC didn't configure your Vendor profile correctly on their RedTeam Flex account.
The GC didn't email the contract to your correct email address.
You can either contact your Customer to confirm the Contract was emailed to your TeamPlayer account or you can contact our Support Team via Chat.
