Why do I see a blank screen when opening the Customers menu?
This might happen sometimes if you leave your session open for a long period of time, TeamPlayer will sign you out automatically for security reasons.
A quick fix for this is to close the browser tab and open a new one, and enter your username and password.
You can also clear your browser cache following these instructions depending on the Web browser you use.
