Why I can't log in to my TeamPlayer account?

If you are having trouble login in to your TeamPlayer account, review the following steps to make sure you are on the right path.

  1. Make sure you are entering your username and password correctly on the login page

    1. If you have already created your Unified Login account, be sure to choose the "Click Here" Link to enter your email address and password on our new Unified Login screen

  2. If you are not sure about your password, you can request a reset code from either the legacy login screen or the Unified Login screen:

    1. For legacy credentials enter your email and click Continue. When you are prompted to enter your password, click the Forgot your Password? link and follow the instructions sent to your email.

    2. For Unified Login Credentials, enter your email and click the "Trouble Signing In?" link at the bottom of the page and follow the instructions sent to your email.

  3. If you are not sure what email you used to register your account. Click here to contact our Support Team from the chat icon option. Somebody will promptly help you to recover your account.
